Air Fryer Chicken Katsu

If you're craving crispy, golden-brown chicken katsu but don't have a lot of time, try making it in your air fryer. This quick and easy recipe is healthier than deep-frying but just as delicious. Perfect for satisfying all of your Japanese food cravings!

Ingredients
  

  • 4 frozen breaded chicken breasts
  • ¼ cup ketchup
  • 2 Tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • olive oil spray

Instructions
 

  • Heat your air fryer to 370°F.
  • Spritz each piece of chicken with olive oil. Place in a single layer in your air fryer basket (depending on your air fryer, you might need to cook in two batches).
  • Cook for 10-12 minutes, or until crispy and golden brown and warmed through.
  • While the chicken cooks, whisk together the ketchup, Worcestershire, soy sauce, and vinegar in a small dish. Season with black pepper, if desired.
  • To serve, slice the chicken thinly. Drizzle with the sauce.
