Blackberry Yogurt Parfait

Sweet and tart Greek yogurt parfaits are a delicious make-ahead breakfast!

Equipment

  • 4 small glass jars with lids

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups plain or vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 4 Tablespoons seedless blackberry preserves
  • ½ cup mixed blueberries and blackberries fresh or frozen and thawed
  • 4 Tablespoons granola
  • 2 teaspoons honey optional

Instructions
 

  • Spoon ¼ cup of yogurt into each jar
  • Top with 1 tablespoon of preserves
  • Layer on the remaining yogurt
  • Top with berries and granola. Drizzle with honey, if desired.
  • Serve immediately or cover and store in refrigerator overnight
